The backbone of Comar, is its ability to provide a service,
with engineers available to meet most customers requirements.
Comar carry out repairs to all the products it represents
and sells, as well as all major brands of hydraulic
equipment including:-
Vickers, Staffa, Kawasaki, Rollstar, Bosch, Rexroth,
Hydromatik, Brueninghaus, Denison, Racine, FCH, Eaton,Commercial,
Parker etc.
With the experience gained from installing our own equipment,
we offer this service to industry, with skilled pipefitters,
welders and mechanical installation personnel available.
PLC and Custom Control systems - For control systems
requiring Programmable Logic controllers, support is
offered for all major PLC systems. Design and development
of hardware and software, embedded micro controllers,
SCADA and custom interfaces.
Software design - Using LabWindows/CVI and LabVIEW
Data Acquisition Systems- Using LabVIEW sample rates
upto 1.25MHz 16 analogue channels.

team carry out the full design of our test rigs and
components for all industries, see examples on our link
to test rigs manufactured by Comar.
Comar offer on site and in-house re-certification of
accumulators to comply with the "Pressure Systems
Safety Regulations 2000", see section on FCH Accumulators
and the PDF Download of our accumulator brochure.
Total Fluid Management (TFM) for hydraulic systems.
Utilising offline systems with integral on-line measuring
in accordance with NAS 1638 and ISO 4406.
Comar offer assistance on fault finding on all makes
of equipment on all types of systems in any industry.
Service engineers are available for on site maintenance,
whether it be breakdowns, shutdowns , preventative or
pro-active maintenance, on any makes of hydraulic equipment.
Hydraulic, Mechanical and electrical test rigs - designed
and manufactured for fatigue, endurance, torque , loading,
Production Acceptance Testing and Development Rigs .
Designed to operate with a variety of fluids, Skydrol,
Mineral Oil, Water Glycols, MIL Spec Oils, Kerosenes,
Phosphate Esters. A standard range of units exists as
depicted in our standard brochure, as well as custom
made units for all applications.
