Groundbreaking
technical development of the rotary group and valve
plate ensures significant reductions in fluid pressure
pulsation. As pressure pulsation is the primary cause
of airborne noise this is the main reason the pumps
offer a typical reduction of 5dB(a) over conventional
pump design.
The family provides a full continuous
presure capability of 320 bar and a range of control
options include torque limit, pressure compensation
and load sensing. Additional variants offer integral
unloading and remote proportional relief functions.
All sizes in the K3VL range feature
a particularly rigid and compact design, a structure
that significantly reduces vibrations. This is another
factor in the pumps' exceptionally low noise emission
performance.
Large sized, solid pistons; heavy
duty, long life roller bearings; and self-compensation
piston return mechanism all contribute to the reliable
low maintenance and extended, long-life performance
of the K3VL models.
Controllable, flexible and with through-drive
capability, the range utilises globally accepted ISO
ans SAE mounting and porting options.
Comar are distributors for this product
utilising it in their own designed and built systems
and offer technical assistance in applying and installing
the pumps.
