Hydraulic Test Rig

A Hydraulic Test Rig is available for the testing of thrust reverser actuators, flap, slat, spoiler and airbrake units. Comar are able to combine the technologies of PC control systems with hydraulics for test rig applications. Hydraulic supply packs are designed to operate with a variety of fluids, phosphates ester based fluids, mineral oils, water glycols and kerosene. Open or closed loop supplies are available, with electric motor or diesel driven units, rugged construction that has been manufactured from aluminium, stainless steel, with a variety of coatings available.

To cater for the needs of various national as well as international clients, we offer a range of test rigs that are specifically designed to test hydraulic cylinders, sand, soil and concrete, pipes and tubes, castings, etc. Our rigs are fitted with latest digital meters and simple to use. These test rigs are also customized to suit the specific application needs of the clients. Rigs are equipped with Data Acquisition Systems, automatic loading and un-loading systems, etc. incorporating all safety norms.
